Cardinal Fitness to host Health Fair
You are invited to Countryside's Cardinal Fitness second annual health fair!
The event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Just because summer is over that doesn't mean looking good and feeling great should be a thing of the past as well.
You won't want to miss this event or this fantastic offer. At the fair, guests can join Cardinal Fitness for only $20! The day also will include raffles for great prizes, food, a blood drive, health tips, demonstrations and samples.
