Countryside city officials will help cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the new Best Western Chicagoland-Countryside on Friday, June 20. "It is a great honor to be a part of this hotel grand opening," said Mayor Robert Conrad. "Countryside offers an ideal location for visitors to the western suburbs and Chicago and we are pleased Best Western has joined our thriving business community." The grand opening celebration not only offers a view into this newly renovated hotel but they also will have a chance to enter several raffles including the chance to win a free night's stay at the hotel. Entertainment, food provided by William Tell Restaurant and tours of the property also will be available. But that's not all! NASCAR fans will have the chance to get up-close to the Best Western #99 NASCAR Nationwide Series Show Car, a replica of the car David Reutimann of Michael Waltrip Racing drove in April for the Bashas' Supermarkets 200 at Phoenix International Raceway. In addition, the Best Western Harley Davidson bike will be on-site for photo opportunities. The festivities take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at Best Western, 6251 Joliet Road. The new Best Western Chicagoland-Countryside features 108 newly-renovated guest rooms including a refrigerator and microwave, new Thomasville furniture and complimentary wireless internet access. Guests also will receive a complimentary full hot breakfast and 24-access to a full-service business center free of charge. "We are pleased Best Western continues to reinvest in Countryside with their newly-renovated property. Their property is a great asset to Countryside and I hope our residents and their guests come to stay," he said. |
